Out of State Borrowers?
We do have the ability to do some home loans and mortgage refinancing from states other than Texas. It really depends on your situation and your needs as laws vary from state to state. For instance, in some states we are able to do Fair credit home equity loans easier than others.We do need for you to apply online if you are not buying or refinancing in Texas.
We make the process very simple and easy as we take care of everything and you simply show up at your local title company on closing day. If we cannot do your home loan then we might refer you to someone who can as we have built relationships with other trusted mortgage companies over the years. If you are out of state, just contact us (it can be as simple as dropping us an email), let us know what type of home loan you need and we'll let you know if we can help you or not.
